There is no single NSW granst directory website.  The following are grants from NSW government that could be used for cycling projects:

Community Grants Programs

The Department of Education and Training's Community Grants Programs work with community organisations to maximise opportunities for people with specific needs through education, training and employment.

Clubs Grants

There are three funding categories under the ClubGRANTS Scheme:

Environmental Trust Grants

The NSW Environmental Trust programs fund projects that rehabilitate or regenerate the environment, or promote environmental education and sustainability.

Sharing Sydney Harbour Access Program

Sharing Sydney Harbour Access Program is a NSW government initiative to improve public access to and enhance the recreational enjoyment of Sydney Harbour and its tributaries for the people of Sydney and its visitors. Each year up to $1.35 million is distributed on a dollar-for-dollar basis for specific capital works projects such as walking tracks, cycle paths, new public waterfront parks, jetties, pontoons and boat launching facilities.

NSW Coastline Cycleway Grants Program

The NSW Coastline Cycleway program provides grants to non-metropolitan coastal councils to improve cycling facilities as part of the development of a cycleway along the entire NSW coast. A number of grants are offered each year with funding to be matched dollar-for-dollar by the participating councils.

Metropolitan Greenspace Program

The Metropolitan Greenspace Program (MGP) has been identified in the Government's 25-year Metropolitan Strategy as a key initiative for improving links between bushland, parks, waterways and centres. MGP is a grants funding program for planning and embellishment of open space.

Priority Infrastructure Fund

The $50 million Priority Infrastructure Fund has been established as a transitional measure for 2010/11 and 2011/12 to assist NSW councils to fund public amenities and public services.
