Melbourne City Council, Melbourne Bicycle Account: Cycling Census 2008

Melbourne City Council's Bicycle Account reports the progress of the City of Melbourne’s Bicycle Plan 2007–2011.

The report has been modelled on the Copenhagen Bicycle Account, but adapted to suit the cycling culture of Melbourne. It is hoped that other cities continue the trend and develop their own annual Bicycle Accounts, resulting in data on bike use around the world.
