Cycling-Inclusive Policy Development: A Handbook (International)

This handbook, published in 2009 by GIZ's Sustainable Urban Transport Project (SUTP) and the Interface for Cycling Expertise, provides detailed information on how to develop cycling-friendly policies and facilities.
