Bicycle NT is working towards a cycle friendly Territory.

Established in 2006, Bicycle NT’s goals are:

  1. To promote cycling as a healthy and environmentally-friendly means of transport.
  1. To advocate for the rights, safety and convenience of (commuter and recreational) cyclists.
  1. To provide a means of communication between (commuter and recreational) cyclists and relevant agencies with a stake in cycling.
  1. To contribute to the planning, development and maintenance of a safe, integrated and inviting bicycle network throughout the NT.
  1. To achieve benefit to the environment via the above.
